Rio Pierre-Yves Dongour is a finance professional with a focus on media and entertainment industries. He worked for Crédit Agricole, Caisse des Dépôts and managed several production, digital or technology-related TV projects in Canada, USA and France with companies such as CBS-FOX, Video, Théâtre des Champs Elysées or Eurofilm LTD. He built “Newborad International Communication SA” and CAPIMAGE investment fund with Continent Assurances in France to finance co-productions of movies and various audio-visual programs.
He graduated in finance, accounting and cinema from Institut Européen des Affaires, Institut National des Techniques Economiques et Comptables, Institut Technique de Banque and Ecole Supérieure d’Etudes Cinématographiques in Paris. Pierre-Yves co-founded and lead the development and vision of Perffin Invest AG.
Oscar Verhoeve is an experienced manager in the field of media and technology. He actively founded or co-founded various companies where he initiated and supervised projects which involved the combination of creative processes with state-of-the-art technologies. In particular, he co-founded and managed Aquest, a post-production company of TV and films in the Netherlands and Germany.
He also co founded Movie Assist, a company focused on secure transfer of large data files for the film and TV industry and is co founder of Perffin Invest AG, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.
He studied International Law at the State of Utrecht in the Netherlands.
Germain Dürr is an experienced financial professional with focus on corporate development. From strategy, operations, business development and M&A he helps C-level executives and their teams to scale, pivot, transform, restructure and improve efficiency of organizations to go to the next level. As part of his entrepreneurship or consulting experience, he dealt with diverse innovation management, business and financial matters in Europe, MENA, UAE and Asia.
He holds a masters degree in international finance, a bachelor degree in marketing and an academic research experience in Corporate Finance with the European Center for Corporate Governance and Control Studies from the University of Lille.
He also holds a certification by the French Market Authority. Germain joined Perffin Invest AG to co-execute the company’s investment strategy and to grow and maintain the relations with investors.
Jacek Helle is experienced in industry and consulting in operational business development and holistic restructuring of companies. He holds several positions in business management such as strategic procurement, group control prior to join advisory companies in valuation, strategy and restructuring.
As part of his industry and consulting experience, he was responsible for several projects in various industries with the aim of eliminating weak earnings, optimizing processes and products, strategically realigning the company or to implement M&A processes.
He graduated industrial engineering from the Hochschule Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences and Master of Business Administration from TiasNimbas Business School and University of Bradford. Jacek joined Perffin Invest AG as shareholder to co-execute the company’s investment strategy.
Stefano Roland Giuffra is a chartered accountant in Luxembourg since 2000. His main areas of expertise range from auditing, risk management, financial engineering for his clients or as a board member in several companies in Europe. He is a member of the OEC (Ordre des Experts Comptable de Luxembourg) and an honorary member of Luxembourg Association Association of Compliance Officers. After working with Arthur Andersen as an auditor, he became a founder and managing director of CIFEX Chartered Accountant Office. Stefano graduated in Business Administration from La Sapienza University in Rome.
Alexander Müller is experienced in financial accounting, social security law and stock exchange activities. He is a tax auditor for the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund and a managing director of a wealth management company.
Jan Vagh has over 50 years of experience in Luxembourg as a business developer and financial advisor. He is an economic advisor of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. He is a founder and managing director of Welzijn asset management. Jan holds a PhD in private law from Sorbonne University in Paris.
Florence Vasilescu is an experienced finance professional starting her career in the M&A department of JP Morgan before joining Crédit-Agricole CIB. She also worked with the French Market Authority in the investigations and issuers departments. She is a founder and CEO of FirmFunding, a first French digital marketplace connecting SMEs and professional investors and operating as an alternative financing solution to banks for bond financing or private debt financing. Since 2018, over 350 million euros has been invested in more than 60 SMEs that have been originated through the platform.
Florence graduated in finance and management from HEC Paris.
